PCD REAMER
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) reamer is a high-performance cutting tool type. The cutting edge is made from synthetic diamond. It is suitable for cutting non-ferrous materials such as aluminum alloys, copper, brass, glass, wood, green ceramics, plastics, fiberglass composites, and carbon fiber composites (CFRP). Halcyon specializes in designing and manufacturing special PCD reamers customized to perform best for your application. High helix angle is possible (right hand and left hand). Internal coolant is also available.
